The tail-end of a decaying complex of storms in central Kansas may brush far northern Oklahoma Thursday morning with a few showers or isolated storms. Thursday afternoon highs will range from the mid-90s near Tulsa and nearing 100 across southeastern Oklahoma. Heat indices will range from 103 to nearly 110 degrees across the southern region.
