Late Night Storms Set to Hit Oklahoma, Severe Threat Through Thursday

Tulsa, OK – Severe storms are expected to return late tonight, primarily impacting northeastern Oklahoma through Thursday morning. According to the National Weather Service (NWS) Tulsa, storm chances will expand across much of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas Thursday afternoon as a frontal boundary moves in. Forecasters warn of locally strong winds during the day, with peak storm activity occurring between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
