A woman charged in the death of a woman, three kids under the age of five, and an unborn child in February is now in Tulsa County Jail. The crash happened Feb. 26 and the impact sent the car off the road and into a telephone pole. Prosecutors say Keiosha Rucker had cocaine and marijuana in her system at the time of the crash.
