Abi Bermudez founded the first East Tulsa Senior Community Event, which is a special event for local seniors at the YMCA on 11th Street on Sept. 28. Bermudez, whose organization NaviLexis Solutions focuses on helping seniors navigate retirement and Medicare, was inspired to create this event after a nonprofit shared survey results indicating that many seniors in the area felt like nothing was available for them.
