TPD responds to 4 calls of unsupervised children in less than 4 hours

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police shared a warning for parents after responding to four calls of unsupervised children in less than four hours on Monday.

Police said one child was on a roof, but came down with no issue.

Another call was for a 6-year-old child standing on a major street intersection for over an hour before it was called in, according to TPD.

One was a 2-year-old in diapers on a major street and police said the parents were found fairly fast.

The other one was a 4-year-old non-verbal child who police said was not properly supervised on a major street. The parents of the child were found after about 40 minutes.
