TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) – The Tulsa Police Department (TPD) stopped two teenagers with loaded guns. According to TPD, 18-year-old Isaac Killough and 18-year-old Fernando Flores were stopped by officers on Sept. 24. Both were wearing ski masks and had a loaded gun on the floor next to their feet.
