Authorities say the father of a child they found wandering near the Evergreen Apartment Complex has been identified. Patrol officers searching door-to-door discovered an open door at a residence with toys in the living room. Inside, they located the father of the young boy who had been found wandering earlier near the Evergreen Apartment Complex.
