Man arrested after midtown Tulsa shooting

UPDATE (10/1/24) — Police said a man was arrested after a midtown Tulsa shooting on Tuesday.

Tulsa Police said the suspect, identified as Patrick Seno, was arrested around 4 p.m. for shooting with intent to kill.

He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail.


TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said a man was injured in a midtown Tulsa shooting on Tuesday.

Police investigating midtown Tulsa shooting

The shooting took place near South Owasso Avenue and East 43rd Street, at the Abbey Road Apartments

Police say the victim tried to pepper spray the suspect during an altercation. The suspect then pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the back.

Police say the victim is in stable condition.

Tulsa Police said the suspect is in custody.
