TULSA, Okla. — One person was taken to the hospital after hitting a semi in north Tulsa Saturday morning.
FOX23 was at the crash scene near Pine and 129th East Avenue. First responders said a driver hit the side of a semi with their Mazda, leaving the car stuck.
Tulsa Fire said first responders used the jaws of life to cut out the driver, who was sent to the hospital and is expected to be ok. The driver of the semi was uninjured.
Emergency crews stayed on scene to remove the car and clear the road.
