Police investigate homicide at midtown Tulsa home

TULSA, Okla. — Police are investigating after an alleged domestic altercation led to a homicide at a home near 15th and Harvard in midtown Tulsa.

On Tuesday, at around 4:30 p.m., officers responded to the home and found the victim, John Fender, dead in a back room of the house.

Police said this is an active investigation and detectives believe that Fender died as a result of a domestic altercation.

Police said Fender’s partner allegedly shot him and ran following an altercation.

Police said they are working to find the suspect in this case.
