A man was arrested after Broken Arrow Police say he led officers on a high-speed chase, after stealing hundreds of dollars in tools from a Lowes. Police say they saw Lance Burks running from the store Sunday near 193rd East Avenue. After this, police say Burks led them on a chase through a field and onto Highway 51.
