A new Chick-fil-A is coming to the corner of 13th Street and Utica Avenue in Tulsa. While some are excited, others are concerned about traffic. The owner, David Chen, believes the restaurant will be a great addition to the area. Chen has owned the Chick-fil-A at the Southroads Shopping Center on 41st Street for 9 years.
