TULSA, Okla. — A grand opening was held over the weekend for the new Dick’s House of Sports store in Tulsa.
The grand opening festivities kicked off on Friday and ran through Sunday with in-store events, athlete appearances and more.
The Dick’s House of Sport store in Tulsa is about 100,000+ square feet.
Along with the assortment of products, customers are provided with in-store experiences including a climbing wall, multiple golf bays with TrackMan simulators, and a multi-sport cage that can be used for baseball, softball, lacrosse and soccer.
These in-store activities give athletes an opportunity to try the product while measuring and tracking their performance, the announcement said.
Athlete appearances during the grand opening festivities included Former Running Back Thurman Thomas on Friday, Oklahoma City Guard Isaiah Joe on Saturday and Former Linebacker Brian Bosworth on Sunday.
