TULSA COUNTY, Okla. — The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) said three sisters charged in relation to the financial abuse of an elderly Tulsa County couple was arrested in California on Wednesday.
TCSO said Sarah Bland was arrested in Kern County, California by US Marshals Task Force members.
