Only two oil plays across the U.S. recorded increased drilling activity in the past week and both are in Oklahoma.
The Ardmore Woodford jumped from 3 to 6 drilling rigs, reported the Baker Hughes Co. in its latest rig report. The Arkoma Woodford, noticeably absent from any drilling activity for several weeks, saw its first rig reported.
