Bill aiming to modify Tulsa Reconciliation Education, Scholarship Program moves to State House

TULSA, Okla. — A bill aiming to modify the Tulsa Reconciliation Education and Scholarship Program passed unanimously from the State Senate and is headed to the State House.

State Sen. Regina Goodwin (D-Tulsa) discussed Senate Bill 1054, the Tulsa Reconciliation Education Scholarship bill, at the Greenwood Cultural Center on Saturday.
