Tulsa, OK – A line of severe thunderstorms continues to impact northeastern and east-central Oklahoma early Sunday, prompting the National Weather Service to extend Severe Thunderstorm Watch 69 until 7 a.m. CDT.
According to the National Weather Service in Tulsa, counties under watch include Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Le Flore, Mayes, Muskogee, Ottawa, Rogers, Sequoyah, and Wagoner. Residents in Tulsa and surrounding areas should remain alert for damaging winds, large hail, and isolated tornadoes throughout the morning hours.
The watch spans into neighboring states as well, affecting parts of northwest Arkansas and southwest Missouri.
