TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office responded to an emergency call where a woman’s car was stolen after she was pepper-sprayed.
According to TCSO, the victim was called to give a haircut at a motel in the 8800 block of S. Lewis Avenue early Monday morning.
After the haircut, she was asked to drive the man to a nearby gas station…
