TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said a man was stabbed and another man was shot during an altercation at a north Tulsa apartment complex on Thursday.
Police said the victim and his girlfriend were inside their apartment at the Bradford Apartments near M.L.K. Boulevard and the Gilcrease Expressway when another man came over.
