Cherokee Nation helping tribal citizens affected by tornado in Owasso

OWASSO, Okla. — The Cherokee Nation is stepping in to help tribal citizens with emergency assistance and clean up after hundreds of homes were damaged by a tornado in Owasso.

With natural disasters, whether it’s wildfires or tornados, the Cherokee Nation and Gadugi Corps is ready to jump in and help any of their tribal citizens.
