Heavy rainfall causes Grand and Hudson lakes to rise above normal levels, GRDA reports

TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The Grand River Dam Authority reports lake elevations in the Grand and Hudson lakes are above normal after recent heavy rains.

The lakes are a part of the Greater Arkansas River flood control system, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) manages water releases.
