TULSA, Okla. — According to the Tulsa Police Department, a driver near West 71st Street South and South Elwood Avenue caused a wreck while allegedly attempting to leave the scene after hitting a man and his dog.
Officers said they responded to an accident involving a man and his dog having been hit by a car around 1:20 p.m.
The dog was killed in the accident and the man was transported to the hospital in critical condition…
