TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The Tulsa Police Department responded to a call reported an individual slashing tires near 115 W. 5th Street around 12:42 a.m. on Saturday.
According to TPD, the call was from a witness who saw a white male who was wearing a striped shirt slashing tires on a vehicle.
