FRIENDSHIP, TN [July 6, 2025] – The Crockett County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to announce the successful recovery of a stolen vehicle reported out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the arrest of the driver, James Schweikhard, a 50-year-old white male.
On July 6, 2025, an off-duty deputy spotted the vehicle, prompting an immediate alert to on-duty officers. Upon confirmation that the vehicle was indeed reported stolen, officers executed a traffic stop and apprehended the driver without incident.
Schweikhard was arrested on charges of theft of a motor vehicle and subsequently booked into the Crockett County Jail, where he is awaiting further proceedings…
