Tulsa Police identify woman shot and killed by officer

Tulsa Police have identified the woman shot and killed by an officer Saturday night as Danielle Fisher.

Officers were called to a home near East Admiral Place and South 189th East Avenue around 9 P.M. after a report of a woman armed with knives. Tulsa Police said a neighbor reported that Fisher had approached with knives and was acting erratically. At one point, she allegedly swung a knife as a child on a bicycle rode past.

When officers arrived, they heard two people arguing inside the home. As they knocked on the door, police said Fisher suddenly appeared with a knife in each hand and charged at them…
