PRAIRIE GROVE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — An Oklahoma man was killed July 17 in a head-on crash on Viney Grove Road in Prairie Grove.
According to a fatal crash report, Blake Williford of Owasso, Oklahoma, was driving a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado south on Viney Grove Road around 6:30 a.m. when he crossed into the other lane and hit a 2019 GMC Yukon head-on. Wiliford died after he was ejected from the truck.
