TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department says they have arrested a man who was in the middle of a burglary of the Puff and Shop on Admiral, just east of Sheridan.
They say officers arrived on scene around 5 a.m. and found the front door glass door shattered. The owner reported several items were taken from the shop. Minutes later, a business owner reported he found a man, identified lates as Buddy Hulse, hiding behind his business. The man then took off running on Admiral.
