BIXBY, Okla. — The Bixby Police Department joined Indigo Tie Dye Company for their Back-To-School Party on Saturday.
“We are having our Back-To-School Bash today from 1:00 to 3:00. It’s our second one!” said Brianne Ray, the owner of Indigo Tie Dye Company. “We have local vendors, we have the Bixby Police Department out here and then tie dye of course!”
