TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) — Tulsa is three days into Gov. Kevin Stitt’s Operation SAFE initiative, as his plan to remove homeless encampments and enforce the law on state property in the city continues.
Stitt launched his initiative informing Tulsans that they deserve to be at peace in their own city amid the homeless crisis.
