TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa now has two hospitals that earned Level One Trauma Center verification in the last few months.
This is a big improvement from recent statistics when Oklahoma was among the lowest ranked states for the number of Level One Trauma Centers per capita.
Both Ascension St. John and Saint Francis announced their three-year certifications as Level One Trauma centers, making history in the Tulsa healthcare system and bringing new support to those in Green Country when they need it most.
