A Green Country woman is frustrated that it took nearly a year to arrest the driver suspected of causing a crash involving her son.
Police say when Kyler Mullen crashed into two cars in Owasso in December, officers found four empty bottles of liquor inside Mullen’s car.
A delay in justice
It took four months for charges to be filed, and Mullen was taken into custody last week.
