TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) — A 16-year-old bicyclist is dead after being hit near 36th Street North and Yale Avenue on Thursday morning.
Tulsa Police report the bicyclist, who has not been identified, was riding in the middle of the road with no reflectors, and they believe the cyclist may have swerved and was hit by a car.
