TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The Tulsa Police Department arrested a man on Saturday, Oct. 4, after receiving a domestic assault and battery report.
According to TPD, neighbors called the police around 12:45 a.m. and reported hearing a physical altercation at the Best Budget Inn.
