OWASSO, Okla. — The Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) announced the new library branch set to be constructed in Owasso will be named the Eddy Gibbs Library.
According to TCCL, the Eddy Gibbs Foundation provided a lead gift to name the new Owasso library.
