Tulsa woman turns her own sobriety journey into hope for others

A Tulsa woman is turning her own journey through addiction and recovery into a lifeline for others with the launch of a new sober living program for women.

Hart Recovery, founded by Kelsey Gearhart, is a recovery home designed to support women in early sobriety through structure, accountability and community. The home offers residents a supportive environment as they rebuild their lives and reconnect with their goals outside of addiction.

Gearhart, who serves as the program’s director, said the idea was shaped by her own experience. She has been sober for 11 years and has spent the last decade working in recovery services across the country.
