Man pleads guilty for deadly Juneteenth shooting, sentenced in court

TULSA, Okla. — Man accused of taking part in a deadly shooting at a Juneteenth Festival in Tulsa has pleaded guilty.

Timetrious Moore pleaded guilty to several counts in court on Thursday. The counts include second degree murder, possession of a firearm under DOC supervision and assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
