TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) — A woman was arrested after a report regarding a possible intoxicated driver near a Whataburger along E 71st Street and Highway 169.
Early Wednesday morning, Nov. 12, around 12:41 a.m., a Tulsa Police helicopter responded to the area before police were able to arrive and spotted the driver stepping out of the driver’s seat and walking to sit in the passenger seat.
When officers reached the scene, they found Hillary Hoang sitting in the passenger seat. She reportedly told police she had been drinking that evening. Police noted she had difficulty walking and stumbled while being escorted to a nearby parking lot…
