TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa pool company is under state investigation after customers across Green Country said they paid tens of thousands of dollars for pools that were never finished or never started at all.
Midwest Pools and its owner, Jeff Johnson, are the focus of multiple complaints after a FOX23 investigation first exposed concerns last months.
