TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The Tulsa Police Department called Monday’s shooting at the Savanna Landing apartments an isolated incident. News Channel 8 also wanted answers about the culture of violent crimes, not only at the apartment complex but near 61st and Peoria.
We sat down with Tulsa Police Officer Andre Baul to figure out why violent crimes are common in this area. We asked him how many violent crimes TPD has responded to at Savanna Landing last year and this year.
