TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The proposed 827-acre data center project in Sand Springs, known as Project Spring, is temporarily on hold as city officials await critical information from the developer, White Rose Partners.
The project, initially set for discussion at the Dec. 3, city council meeting, was postponed at the developer’s request.
