TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa County Transitional Living Center (TLC) has been acknowledged for the work it’s done assisting families and individuals transition into stable housing after experiencing homelessness.
Tulsa County highlighted TLC and invited local landlords to tour the campus to see how the program works and how people are impacted by it. The visitors will be able to meet clients in person.
