SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — Sand Springs Police Officers responded to a shooting near the 100 block of West 5th Street on Monday evening.
Officers were dispatched around 8 p.m. They said following an argument with neighbors, Mark McDonald shot a 44-year-old man in the stomach.
