Tulsa road project on East 91st Street reaches halfway point, shifts traffic to new lanes

TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — Crews are halfway through a nearly $13 million road construction project along East 91st Street between South Memorial and Mingo in Tulsa.

The project was designed before city councilor Lori Decter Wright took office, but she helped secure funding to move it into the construction phase.
