Tulsa Parks dealing with vandalism, asking public to start ‘Parks Watch’
TULSA, Okla. – TheTulsa Parks Department is asking the public to help keep an eye on parks and report suspicious situations to City Security at 918-596-9100.
A report on non-violent crimes in the parks indicated copper wire and graffiti vandalism are the two biggest problems currently. Last year, the city repaired $180,000 of copper theft damage in just Mohawk, Patrick and Savage Parks, but other parks were also targeted by thieves…
