TULSA, Okla. – LongtimeTulsa chaplain Lem Taylor has passed away at 86 years old. He was a volunteer chaplain for more than 25 years and served both the City of Tulsa as well as the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.
People who knew him say he loved people and brought comfort during their darkest times.
Part of his job as chaplain was to notify families when someone had died, and he did that hard job thousands of times over the years…
