CATOOSA, Okla. — On Saturday, Catoosa Police responded to a truck driving into a building around 5:55 p.m.
The building, located at 9322 East Admiral Place, was formerly Flo’s Burgers and is currently vacant.
Catoosa Police officers spoke with the truck driver, who they said showed signs of being under the influence. The driver refused to take a breathalyzer test and officers said they found several open containers inside his car.
Officers arrested the driver and booked into the Wagoner County jail for DUI, transporting an open container, failure to comply, driving without proof of insurance, and for a previous warrant out of Wagoner County…
