Tulsa police arrest man accused of stealing TV from downtown building

TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa police have arrested a man accused of stealing a television from a downtown building, following an investigation into a theft reported earlier this month.

Caleb Cooper is charged with grand larceny and entering with intent to commit a felony.
