ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. — A man is dead following a crash on a highway in Rogers County Thursday morning, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
According to the report, Matthew Downing, 26 of Collinsville, was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 169 just south of South 4070 Road after 10 a.m. along with a tractor trailer when the trailer stopped to allow another vehicle to turn onto the highway for a wide right turn onto the country road.
