TULSA, Okla. – An ODOT roadblock in downtown Tulsa has left many drivers confused after they ended up at a dead end while trying to get on Highway 75.
ODOT blocked off a short section of Heavy Traffic Way because of a rehabilitation project on the Second Street off-ramp that is planned to last the remainder of 2026.
Thursday morning, police cars, semis, trucks pulling trailers and dozens of everyday drivers missed a road closed sign that was beyond the point where drivers could go another way. Signs and traffic lights directing people to the inaccessible ramps were unchanged…
