AG charges Tulsa-area builder accused of taking money for unfinished homes
TULSA, Okla. – The Oklahoma Attorney General has filed criminal charges against Daniel Asher Ruhl, the owner of Ruhl Construction, accusing him of taking money from homeowners for houses that were never finished—or never built at all.
Court documents list six Green Country families who allege similar experiences: incomplete construction, repeated delays, and significant financial losses.
